In order to help a church along a process of change, leaders need to have skills in three distinct yet equally vital areas:

Assessing Current Reality: you need to understand your starting point, both in the life of your congregation (its culture and needs) as well as its surrounding community.

Envisioning A Desired Future: you need to paint a picture of your destination. Implementing

Encouraging Change: you need to understand how to help people make the proposed changes, then plan for it and implement  it.

This site  provides a growing collection of articles, references, links, reviews, and tools for all three areas of concern. Feel free to use and contribute. For more on why this site was created, read the article entitled, "The Purpose Statement for the PCC Leadership Site".  We encourage you to read it on your first visit to this site.
